Sell Rates - Matrix — Report documentation

Purpose

This report shows your sell-side commercial rates—the fees and rates you charge your clients—in one place. It is for anyone who needs to see or review the agreed fee structure (MDR, FX rate, success fee, failed fee, settlement fees, chargeback fee) by customer, brand, PSP, and PSP account. Use it for commercial analysis, pricing reviews, and to see exactly what you charge for each combination.

What data this report uses

The report is built from the Sell Rates - CM data source, which holds sell-side fee configuration at the level of organisation, customer, merchant, PSP, and PSP account. For full field definitions and how the data is built, see Sell Rates - CM — User Guide.

Main table: Commercial Matrix - Sell Rates

The report has one main table, titled Commercial Matrix - Sell Rates. It lists your sell-side fee structure: one row per organisation, customer, merchant, PSP, and PSP account. Each row shows the agreed rates and fees you charge for that combination. The table can have many rows; use the report-level filters (PSP Friendly Name, Customer, PSP) to narrow results and the column selector to show or hide columns as needed.
